Now, I’m having updated Firmware, newer Mobile Partner, i.e Dashboard. From the drive I installed the newer Mobile Partner. Mobile Partner CD Drive is back with all its content. These were not running on Mobile Partner but they ran on Dc Unlocker and solved my problem. Then, I found two more AT commands on internet to reset the datacard to its Factory Settings. I tried flashing my datacard again but it was not helpfull. And once when the datacard driver was installed, the drive named mobile partner didn’t come. To get them back I tried my datacard on other computer, so that it may come as a default files in datacard, but the datacard is not even installing the device driver for it.
The drive named Mobile Partner, earlier which was there (having default softwares like latest mobile partner setup, reset file, n few other setup files in it) has now disappeared. But even then the voice call function is disabled only, with a major loss in my datacard, E176. Now, when I ran these two commands using dc unlocker, I received ok message after running each command. Then I found a suggestion, on internet, to run two AT commands, namelyįor reseting the device which may enable the voice call function.
And because of this voice call function was not enabled. Then, I tried to enable the voice call function using dc unlocker, with id: free and pswd: voice, but received a message that credit points are ‘0’. But till now my device was good (in same condition as it was bought, with one change, i.e the newer firmware) Even after upgrading my firmawre and using the latest dashboard(Mobile Partern software), I was unable to make voice call. After upgrading the firmware, I tried to upgrade the dashboard but I found that the software version, i.e dashboard present in my E176(default, provided by Huawei) is newer than what I was trying to flash. To enable this function, I upgraded the firmware by flashing it. It is unlocked but it’s voice call function is disabled.
